General

1.)No godmoding first off. I do not want anyone control anyone else's characters. People have made their own characters for them to control. Unless they have allowed you to control them in a joint creation, is a pup, or the person is going away.

2.)No OOC fighting. We must all get along. If fights break out I will see personally that people will go to trial and things will get straightened out.

3.)Please be active. I cannot stress this enough. I do not like when people claim they want to come and then do not follow up with their claims. If you know your not going to do what you claim then do not even bother making an account. Its a waste.

4.)No crazy stuff. I do not want wings, weird colors, powers. This is a realistic roleplaying board and I do not want people ruining that with mystical stuff. I feel other people will feel the same.

5.)Respect. No disrespecting your higher ups (Admins) and do not disrespect each other. Its just bad karma and in bad taste. Well all want to have respect and if we don't get it fighting tends to break out and that leads to rule 2.

6.)Swears. Try not to over do the swears. You may spell them out if you want its up to you. Just do not swear on every post please.

7.)Character's. You can play as many characters as you want. Just make sure you can play them all.

8.)Skills. This is a intermediate to advance roleplay. I do not want to see one sentence for a post. I want some grammar. I do not want some careless posts. Please put some passion behind your roleplaying.

9.)Copying. No copycating. If someone has a picture or a video that they have don't steal it from them. If they have a graphic that you wish to change you must to ask them. If they don't want to let you don't get mad. First come first serve. This goes for names, songs, videos, and pictures.

10.Accepting. You must wait for me to accept your profiles. If you post without my accepting you then you will get a warning and then any posts you have posted will be deleted and you will have to post them again. Hopefully you will be accepted because I will keep doing this over and over until I just ban your annoying ass. (Yes I just swore. I can do that. I made a rule. Check it out if your just skimming =) I don't like skimmers so if you are indeed skimming start over and READ!)

Claiming

1.)Claiming. To claim a land you must be a female. Males are lower class then females in this pecking order of life.

2.)Posting. Length doesn't matter. Description however is everything. add the surroundings, how your feeling, what might happen, ETC.

3.)Whats Next. You must wait for a staff to accept your post. You will know when you get a PM and your characters name is placed in the leaders position on the face of the board.

4.)Qualify. You must have certain things to actually be able to claim. One is you must be older then three. Second is you must be female. Third is you must post at least five times before claiming. (Thats proves a little experience)

5.)Claiming others. Once you are leader you may add more members to your troop. Just a word of advise you may want males more then females. Its the opposite gender wise here. Females are in charge and pose more of a threat then males.

6.)Laws. Once you are leader you must make your own laws for your own troop. Laws for them to live by. These rules still apply of course.

7.)Trespassing. You may trespass but run the risk of a swift and horrid death. In real life the only time lemurs actually cross borders is if they need a mate, home, or food.

Breeding/Birthing

1.)Breeding. Breeding lasts for 24/48 hours. Therefore it will be quick. That is real life information. Here on the board I don't want crazy graphic stuff. I have a board which you must be 16+ to enter and there you may go a little crazy but once again don't stay there forever and go crazy. This isn't a lemurs life.

2.)Breeding Cont. You must be 2.5 years old at least for males to breed and 1.5 for females.

3.)Birthing. When a female gives birth they will have one of two babies. Two is rare so I don't want all the lemurs having two. This will happen between August and October.

4.)Babies. They will be weaned at 5 months and depending on gender at the ages about once they become breedable they will no longer be dependent on their mother. They still will be connected of course.

5.)Control. The baby will be controlled by both the mother and the father. Its up to the parents if they wish for the troop to be able to control the baby.

6.)Laws. Its up to the leader to allow breeding within the troop. In the wild the dominate female is bred and lets the other females be bred as well. Here I will stretch that and let the dominate female decide. To spice it up a bit plot wise I figure some males will fight for their loves, sneak around the dominates back, Etc.

7.)Royalty. Lemurs live to be around 33 yrs old. Of course seeing this is going by real time I doubt we are going to live out that long. I also don't want mary sues. Lemurs don't always live their full life due to the harsh conditions. There will be a chance for a heir. With a fight for the position the heir will get the spot and will like her mother need to fight to keep it. No spot is safe forever.

8.)To prove you have read the rules my dears please put leaping lemurs love leaping under your appearance.

9.)Forcebreeding: Forcing someone is aloud if both parties agree. I do believe this makes a plot between many people and their characters. Just remember rule number 1.

Leaders

1.)Mates. The dominate tends to have her own mate who is the dominate who mates with every female but their may be more then one male who has his own mate. Its up to each lemur to mate with who they want or to only mate with one and live as life partners.

2.)Respect. Do not DO NOT! disrespect the dominate female. She has the power to kick you out and or have the troop chase you out no matter the family connections. The only female who has a higher power then the dominate female is her mother. The dominate leads in fights, food searches, ETC. The female is to be respected and followed no matter what.

3.)Claiming. They may claim loner lemurs into their troop if they so wish. Its up to the loner to actually accept. To a loner however it is a great honer and should be accepted.

4.)Alliances. Alliances are rare among lemurs. For this I will not allow alliances unless something strange happens that somehow lets it happen.

Fights

1.)Fights. You may fight for any reason but the main reason tend to be for boundary, females, and food. Rarely self hatred may fuel a fight. If a fight for dominance breaks out unless its a loner female keep it inside your own troop lands.

2.)Judging. The staff will judge your performance. If you do not godmode, are in better health, have good grammar, have a good description, and length you probably have a better chance of winning. The three admins will judge your performance with a grade. A through F with a number 1 though 10. !0 being the best. So say on has C with a 5.6 and another has B with a 6.7 the second person wins.

3.)Replying. If the person who is being challenged doesn't reply in 3 days without a clear excuse then the land/food/female/ETC by default is yours.

Others

1.)Checking. You will come back here every one in a while to see if anything has changed just so you don't get in trouble.

2.)Posting. You will post here and prove that you have read the rules. If you haven't posted here and added something special to impress me to your first character profile then I won't accept it.

3.)Below. The numbers below are for more rules if more are need. Remember check back god forbid more come back.
